These terms govern this website only. Use of the Mercury platform is governed by the separate written agreement between Mercury Digital and your firm, which prevails over anything here.

1. What this site is

A description of our software for wealth management firms. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a solicitation, investment advice, or a recommendation regarding any security, instrument or strategy. We are a software provider, not a licensed financial institution, and we do not provide regulated financial services.

2. Product imagery is illustrative

Screens, dashboards, charts, figures, portfolios, household names and instrument names shown on this site are constructed for demonstration. They are not real client portfolios, not real holdings, and not performance records. Any number shown — assets under management, allocations, returns, drift percentages — is placeholder data chosen to make an interface legible, and must not be read as a claim about outcomes Mercury has produced.

3. Third-party names and marks

Any third-party name, logo or mark appearing on this site is the property of its owner. Where one appears, it indicates the kind of system, data source or institution the platform is designed to work with. It does not indicate endorsement, partnership, certification or any commercial relationship with Mercury, and it does not represent that the named party is a live connection unless we state so in writing. Custodian institutions are shown generically for this reason.

4. Our content

The text, design, code, graphics and structure of this site belong to Mercury Digital. You may read it, link to it and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it, or reuse our design or copy in a competing product.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not interfere with its operation or attempt to disrupt availability for others.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading or infringing material through the contact form.

6. No warranty

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current. Product capabilities described here may change.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mercury Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Links out

We link to third-party sites, including LinkedIn profiles of our team. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction.
